Professional Summary

                                                Catastrophic fire and explosion analysis, including industrial, agricultural, commercial, high rise (mixed occupancies and hotels) residential structures, grain elevators, fuel gas complexes, pipelines, offshore marine structures and aircraft.  Investigations related to cause and origin, fire spread/materials science, product failure, acts of arson and fraud.  Reconstruction, computer fire modeling, design and execution of testing, preparation of data and expert testimony for both civil and criminal proceedings throughout the United States and Canada.

                                    Extensive background in fuel gas related incidents, fire spread as a function of materials and/or construction techniques, industrial safety issues, fire department deployment and tactics, and post-incident management.

                                    In connection with catastrophic loss analysis:  evaluation of plans and existing facilities for model building and fire code compliance, examination and evaluation of sprinkler and other fire suppression systems, detection and alarm systems, and electrical and mechanical components and apparatus.                         

                                    Experienced large loss site management including those involving hazardous materials.  Full certification and up-to-date medical allowing for access and working within designated hazardous sites.
